Our Process
Engenuity uses a unique development process based on decades of blank page to product experience. The process is comprised of two concepts: Pareto Development and Options Engineering. The core concept of Pareto Development is to identify the limiting factors in a project and derisk them as quickly and inexpensively as possible. The parallel process is Options Engineering – when you simply do not know what path is best, choose the one that gives you the most freedom down the line.
They may sound very simple and obvious, but it is difficult to implement. It is certainly not a common approach for engineering. Properly applied, these concepts allow rapid development with efficient use of resources which is especially optimal for start-up efforts.
